!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !!!

1. All applications are subject to Owner's approval.
2. The apartment may not be used for any other purpose but as a personal residence.
3. The apartment shall not be occupied by more or different persons than are stated in this 
application or additional applications as they will be stated in the lease too.
4. I understand that the finished surfaces, fixtures and appliances in the apartment come "as is"
unless I attach to this application a list of requirements to be made a part of the lease.  No 
other promises, representations, or inducements have been made to me by rental or 
management persons except those listed and attached.
5. We can typically notify you within three business days of making your application whether or
not your occupancy has been approved.  If for any reason your application is -not- approved
by the Owner, your $100 rental deposit will be returned to you.  If your application is 
accepted, your $100 rental deposit shall secure your intent until the lease is made and shall be 
applied towards funds due at lease signature.
6. A lease will be made for signature within five business days following application approval.
The security deposit will be due in full at the time the lease is signed.

I shall forward by mail or submit in person $50.00 with this application for the cost of processing, along with a copy of my school photo ID or driver’s license.
