Using your web browser, print out the Rental Application. |
| 2. |
Fill out one application for each resident.
Please print clearly or type. |
| 3. |
If you are a student listing a parent as a
co-signer, please be sure to
include their complete name, address, phone number and social security
number. |
| 4. |
Sign and date (parents, too, if appropriate). |
| 5. |
Mail with: |
(1) a copy of your photo ID (driver's license or
student ID)* |

and: |
(2) a check for $150.00 payable to Beazley
Property Management** |

Please be prepared for the Security
Deposit payment. It is due - in full - with the signing of the lease
(approximately a week and a half after application). |

Photo identification: We ask
for a confirmed form of photo identification. Please make a copy of
your Student ID or driver's license to enclose with your application. |

A $50 non-refundable Application Fee is required for
processing. |
|
|
A $100 Reservation Deposit is required to take your
apartment off the market. If for any reason your application is not
accepted, the $100 will be returned to you. Otherwise, it is applied
toward your Security Deposit when your lease is made. |
Once
we receive your Application...
| Your apartment is reserved in your name. |
| We process the application and run a credit check. |
| The typical processing time is three days. |
| We will notify you by e-mail or phone regarding the results
of your application. |
If
your Application is accepted
| Your $100 Reservation Deposit is applied to your Security
Deposit. |
| A lease is made and sent to you. |
| You must return the signed lease with the full Security
Deposit (less $100) within 5 business days. Otherwise, you may lose
your apartment reservation and your $100 deposit may be forfeited. |
If
your Application isn't accepted
| We will promptly refund your $100 Reservation Deposit. |
